Mark Franklin

Mark Franklin

Owner and CEO

Mark Franklin installed his first roof at just 16 years old in 2001, and he’s been dedicated to the roofing industry ever since. With full-time roofing industry experience dating back to 2007, Mark brings nearly two decades of hands-on expertise, craftsmanship, and leadership to every project.

Since founding Roof Rescue in 2014, Mark has been a cornerstone of the team, driven by a passion for finding solutions and building strong relationships. While customer satisfaction is one of his top priorities, Mark firmly believes that taking care of his employees comes first — because a great team delivers great service.  Roof Rescue is built on repeat business and referrals, so taking care of customers isn’t just important — it’s essential.
Mark’s approach is guided by a standard he was raised with: “Perfection is the standard, but excellence will occasionally be tolerated.” He holds himself and his crew to the highest levels of quality, ensuring every job is done right.
Outside of work, Mark is energized by bright colors, beaches, and sunshine, bringing that same positive spirit to his work and the customers he serves.

With over two decades of leadership in the hospitality industry, Kristi Hansen knows the power of people-first service, operational excellence, and building strong, values-driven teams.

As Chief Operating Officer at Roof Rescue, she brings that same passion to the roofing world—guiding the company’s day-to-day operations while ensuring every customer interaction reflects Roof Rescue’s core values: Integrity, Teamwork, Gumption, Anchor, Resilience, and Trust.
Kristi is a proud mom to her one and only—a spirited teenager who keeps life interesting. She also loves golf (even if her sand wedge gets more action than her driver) and swears she’s just “practicing for the beach.”

With three and a half decades of experience across public and private sectors, Paul turns complex financial puzzles into clear, actionable insights.

Whether it’s budgeting, forecasting, or streamlining processes, he brings sharp analysis, creative problem-solving, and a no-drama approach to getting things done. He is a team builder at heart—nothing makes him prouder than helping others grow and watching a motivated team thrive. Let’s just say spreadsheets are his happy place, and results are his love language.

Amanda has been a dedicated member of the Roof Rescue team for four years and has spent the past two leading the sales department with energy, strategy, and heart. 

Her leadership has helped shape a results-driven, customer-first team that thrives under her guidance.
Outside of work, Amanda loves spending time with her husband and their seven wonderful kids. A true foodie at heart, she enjoys cooking, trying new recipes, and bringing people together around the table. Whether she’s closing deals or serving dinner, Amanda leads with passion and purpose.
Mike Baldwin

Field Superintendent

Mike Baldwin has been with Roof Rescue for over two and a half years and brings more than 25 years of hands-on construction experience to the team. His background spans roofing, framing, siding, and full home remodeling

making him a true expert in building from the ground up.
Born and raised in Idaho Falls, Mike has deep roots in the community and a strong commitment to quality craftsmanship. When he’s not managing projects in the field, you’ll likely find him outdoors, enjoying the peace and beauty of Island Park—his favorite getaway.
Brian McLean

Brian McLean

Logistics Coordinator

Brian joined Roof Rescue in March 2024 and quickly became an essential part of the operations team. With a background in automotive sales and over a decade of military service

Brian brings sharp coordination skills, discipline, and a mission-driven mindset to his role managing materials, schedules, and support for our crews in the field.
He proudly served four years as a machine gunner in the United States Marine Corps, followed by seven years in the Army National Guard. During his service, he completed three overseas deployments—two with the Marines and one with the Army—developing the focus and resilience that now serve him well in the fast-paced world of roofing logistics.
Outside of work, Brian is a devoted father to four (two boys and two girls) and a huge football fan, always ready to cheer on the Seattle Seahawks and Boise State Broncos.

Brie joined Roof Rescue in April 2025 and is excited to be learning the ropes of the roofing world. While new to the industry

she brings a lifelong passion for mechanics, a love for working with people, and a get-it-done attitude that fits right in with the Roof Rescue team.
Outside the office, Brie stays busy with her two adorable boys who keep her constantly on her toes. One of her favorite things is teaming up with her husband Camden—her best friend—to work on all kinds of mechanical projects, from dirt bikes to heavy equipment. Brie loves connecting with the community and hearing the stories behind the people we serve.

Traysen has been part of the Roof Rescue team for just over a year, bringing energy, focus, and a strong commitment to customer care to every project he manages.

His approach is rooted in meaningful service and connection—values he deepened while living in West Africa during a religious mission. That experience instilled in him a deep appreciation for hard work, integrity, and building trust with people from all backgrounds.
Outside of work, Trasen enjoys playing sports and spending time outdoors, finding balance and motivation in every adventure.

Travis has been a dedicated member of the Roof Rescue team for over four years, bringing consistency, reliability, and a solutions-focused mindset to every project he oversees.

Born and raised in Southeast Idaho, Travis knows the local community well and takes pride in helping homeowners protect what matters most.
Outside of work, Travis is a proud husband of six years and a devoted father to two amazing kids. When he’s not on the job, you’ll likely find him enjoying the outdoors—whether that’s out shooting, casting a line, or hitting the golf course.
Chris Marler

Project Manager

Chris joined Roof Rescue in February and brings a strong foundation in sales and customer service to his role as Project Manager. Though new to the roofing industry,

he’s no stranger to hard work and leadership—having spent 20 years in landscaping, rising from mowing lawns to managing operations as a Division Manager.
Chris is driven by a passion for problem-solving and delivering great customer experiences. Outside of work, he’s an avid fisherman—and not just casually! He and his dad hold seven world records for Black Tip shark fishing, proving that when Chris goes after something, he goes all in.
Josh Daniel

Project Manager

Josh brings decades of construction expertise to Roof Rescue, with a rich background that includes nearly 20 years in the concrete industry and serving as a superintendent for a large construction company focused on building schools. 

His extensive experience ensures projects are managed with precision, quality, and care from start to finish.
Outside of work, Josh enjoys gardening and practicing archery—two passions that reflect his patience, focus, and love for the outdoors. Josh’s blend of professional skill and personal dedication makes him a vital part of the Roof Rescue team.

Enrique has been a dedicated Project Manager with Roof Rescue for six years and brings a wealth of experience with 15 years in the roofing industry.

Known for his commitment to keeping customers informed and finding effective solutions, Enrique ensures every project runs smoothly from start to finish.
Outside of work, Enrique is a proud father of three beautiful grown daughters and a grandfather to five wonderful grandchildren. His family-focused values and strong work ethic make him an invaluable member of the Roof Rescue team.

Tony Lowe

Project Manager

Tony has nearly six years of experience in the roofing industry and has been a valued part of the Roof Rescue team for the past year and a half. Known for his hands-on approach and commitment to doing the job right

Tony brings both technical knowledge and a team-first attitude to every project he leads.
When he’s not on a roof, you can usually find him on a field or court — coaching his three energetic boys (ages 4, 9, and 10) in football, basketball, baseball, soccer, and wrestling. Whether it’s managing a job site or coaching a little league game, Tony gives it his all.
